All classes are safe for high sensitive people. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are welcome to join. My style of teaching is rather soft and allowing and focused on the field and the inner experience of each participant.

Private Classes (now online)
I teach private yoga and meditation classes for beginners and advanced students. If you prefer exploring yoga in a private class setting rather than in big group classes and want the full attention of your teacher, you are most welcome! Teaching is possible in German or English.

What I Teach
Kundalini is a very effective technology for relaxation, maintenance of health and elevation of consciousness. The combination of asanas, meditations, pranayama and mantra positively affects the whole body system (nervous, glandular, muscular, emotional and mental functions) and expands our creative potential. Step by step the whole system is purified and renewed. Stress, negativity and unwanted behaviours and patterns can slowly be released. The immune system is strengthened and the body and mind can heal due to the parasympathetic state that we reach through yoga.
I focus on kundalini yoga but tailor a private session according to the possibilities and needs of every student and collect from different ressources and experiences. I am trained in hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, kundalini, tantra, meditation, pranayama (breath work), mantra chanting/ sound work and maha yoga (a holistic technique my teacher Nanak Dev Singh developed integrating all aspects of yoga as it used to be in its original form).
